Lead depositing operations at FGF Brands through hands-on production leadership, machine operation, and quality-focused teamwork. Coordinate line activities across shifts and weekends.
Reporting to the Line Leader and Shift Leader, the Team Leader oversees depositing line and oven operators. This manufacturing role combines coaching, batch coordination, computerized machine adjustments, weighing, and safety compliance. You will help maintain consistent products delivered on time while meeting FGF standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead production Team Members on the depositing line
Conduct pre-shift huddles and provide Team Member feedback
Load batches and operate the depositing machine
Weigh products and adjust computerized depositing equipment
Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues
Requirements:

One to two years of manufacturing experience
Accuracy and attention to detail when detecting quality issues
Good communication skills and independent working ability
Ability to move objects up to 40 kilograms frequently
Flexibility for days, afternoons, nights, and weekends
Apply production leadership, depositing equipment, coaching, and quality awareness to support FGF Brands manufacturing operations.
