In this role, you will build and strengthen strategic partnerships that accelerate growth, expand market opportunities and deliver value for clients and the business. By connecting partner capabilities with Global Payments' products, solutions and strategic priorities, you will play a key role in driving revenue, increasing market reach and creating a stronger payments ecosystem. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will influence business outcomes, unlock new opportunities and help advance Global Payments' mission of delivering innovative commerce solutions that empower businesses around the world. As part of a collaborative, high growth team, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, drive measurable impact and contribute directly to the company's future success.
What you'll own
Build and grow a high-impact partner ecosystem
that expands market reach, generates new business opportunities and contributes to sustainable revenue growth.
Create and execute strategic partnership plans
that align partner capabilities with business priorities, driving measurable outcomes and helping exceed growth objectives.
Influence partner performance and business results
through data-driven insights, quarterly business reviews and continuous optimization of joint initiatives.
Champion partner success across the organization
by advocating for partner needs, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities
that enhance profitability, improve customer value and position Global Payments for continued success in an evolving payments landscape.
What you'll bring
Proven experience developing, managing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable business results.
Demonstrated success identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships and converting partnerships into revenue-generating outcomes.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining long‑term partner relationships.
Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities that enable informed decision‑making, performance optimization and continuous improvement.
Experience working in the payments, financial technology (FinTech) or broader financial services industry, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
It's a bonus if you have
Experience developing joint go‑to‑market or marketing strategies that drive partner engagement and business growth.
A track record of building and scaling partner programs across multiple channels, markets or business segments.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and creating new opportunities for growth.
This position comes with a competitive base salary ($70,000 - $80,000), uncapped monthly commissions, benefits, 3 weeks of paid vacation, and much much more.
