Postal Services Retail Supervisor

Use retail leadership and postal service knowledge as Canada Post’s Postmaster in Daajing Giids, British Columbia. The position is permanent and full-time.
This Postmaster position combines public-facing sales with daily administration of the community post office. Reporting to the Superintendent or Local Area Manager, you will support retail hours, delivery expectations, records, reports, and postal revenue. You will also train staff, assess performance, and assist with mail delivery routes.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell and promote services to public and business customers
Maintain records and prepare operational reports
Administer the post office according to service expectations
Assist with effective management of mail delivery routes
Train staff and assess their performance
Requirements:

High school diploma or provincial equivalency
Experience leading and directing teams
Retail or service experience interacting with the public
Experience completing sales and cash transactions
Knowledge of mail-processing regulations and procedures
Bring retail administration, sales, reporting, and team leadership to Canada Post’s postal services in Daajing Giids.
