This trainee opportunity focuses on frontline customer relationships and practical banking guidance. You will understand customer needs, resolve problems, promote relevant services, and refer customers to internal partners. Responsabilités clés :
Provide day-to-day advice and resolve customer banking problems
Build confidence in mobile, ATM, and online banking
Recommend products, services, and appropriate internal referrals
Report non-standard matters and critical issues to management
Suggest improvements to branch practices and operations
Exigences :
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes for customer advice
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Effective verbal and written customer communication
