This Pharmacy Technician position suits a self-motivated professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will process prescriptions, prepare compliance packaging, and provide technical verification. The position also includes patient communication, device training, injection administration, and collaboration with health care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, prepare, and technically verify prescriptions
Complete prescription transfers and verbal orders
Administer injections and prepare compliance packaging
Communicate with patients, caregivers, and other providers
Provide opioid agonist medication services and device training
Requirements:
Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing
Recent Pharmacy Technician college graduate eligible for licensing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and professional approach
Willingness to collaborate with health care professionals
