Jack Astor’s Restaurant Server

Deliver memorable dining experiences at Jack Astor’s through guest service, menu guidance, and accurate food and beverage orders. Bring personality and energy to every shift.
As a Server, you will work alongside managers and other Peeps to uphold quality and service standards. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, take orders, and attend to needs throughout each meal. The role requires restaurant experience, strong communication, and organized service.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and guide them through the menu
Take food and beverage orders properly
Attend to guest needs throughout each meal
Provide outstanding dining experiences and service
Work alongside managers and other Peeps
Requirements:

Previous experience in a comparable restaurant
High school diploma or equivalent
Smart Serve Certification
Availability during all restaurant operating hours
Proficient English verbal and written communication
Use restaurant experience, organization, and guest service skills to create memorable meals at Jack Astor’s with every table.
