Parking Enforcement Officer Patrol

Patrol assigned areas outdoors while applying parking regulations, serving the public, and supporting safe, organized communities through careful observation.
As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will work independently while communicating with dispatch and engaging the community. Your responsibilities include identifying parking-code violations, issuing warnings and citations, handling complaints, and documenting operational activity. The position also requires problem solving, equipment care, and hazard reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol properties to maintain safety
Identify vehicles violating parking codes
Write warnings and citations for illegal parking
Report incidents, emergencies, and hazardous conditions
Maintain activity logs and contested citation records
Requirements:
Two to three years of customer service experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Professional demeanor in all situations
Independent work ability with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills and criminal record check eligibility
Bring customer service, observation, communication, and parking-regulation skills to this independent public-facing enforcement position.
