Support resident care as a Health Care Aide through medication assistance, documentation, and attentive service during scheduled full-time shifts.
At Sienna Senior Living, this Health Care Aide position supports residents through prescribed care and daily assistance. The role includes monitoring well-being, maintaining records, and completing tasks outlined in personal service plans. Candidates need Care Aid certification, Medication Certification, and current First Aid/CPR training.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain resident records and required documentation
Provide delegated medication assistance and administration
Monitor resident well-being according to residence policy
Complete care outlined in personal service plans
Answer call bells and door alarms promptly
Requirements:

Successful completion of a Care Aid certificate program
Medication Certification
Current First Aid/CPR training and medication assistance experience
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Ability to work independently or within a team
