Bring Accident Benefits claims expertise to Aviva’s hybrid Healthcare Services team, interpreting coverage and supporting timely, equitable claim resolutions.
As a Healthcare Service Advisor, you will handle sophisticated Accident Benefits claims within your authority, knowledge, and expertise. The work includes contracts, reserves, investigations, customer education, legislation, and settlement negotiations. You will also support service quality and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret insurance contracts and resolve policy coverage questions
Establish and adjust reserves under corporate guidelines
Handle Accident Benefits claims within assigned authority
Obtain reports, examinations, statements, and specialist information
Educate customers about auto reforms and Premiere Healthcare
Requirements:
Two or more years handling Accident Benefits claims
College diploma, associate degree, or similar experience
CIP designation or progress toward CIP for licensing
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organization and adaptability across computer programs and databases
Use claims handling, communication, and coverage interpretation skills to support Aviva customers and providers through complex Accident Benefits files.
