Warehouse Shipping Receiving Lead
Michelman
Coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving at Michelman’s Cincinnati Shell Location, emphasizing team coaching, safe execution, and timely work. Experience with shipping processes is central.
This working lead participates in daily warehouse activities while directing Shipping and Receiving personnel. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the position supports efficient Operations across the Americas and customer on-time delivery expectations. The team leader also provides performance input.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain safe, clean, and empowered workplace practices
Ensure scheduled activities meet quality and timing parameters
Maintain stored materials efficiently with operations partners
Investigate and document spills, injuries, and near misses
Audit team performance against operating procedures
Requirements:
Three years in a shipping and receiving role
Standard process knowledge including picking and packing
Understanding of shipping documentation and truck loading
Demonstrated safe work behaviors and accountability
Ability to work overtime periodically
Use warehouse coordination, shipping knowledge, and coaching ability to support safe, productive material movement at Michelman.
