Warehouse Operations Team Lead

Lead warehouse operations in Kitchener with inventory oversight, order fulfillment, safety advocacy, and customer-focused issue resolution. This on-site opportunity supports Marks Supply.
The Warehouse Team Lead assists with overseeing warehouse operations and serves as a Supervisor backup. The position supports inventory management, resource planning, workflow improvements, and strong customer and internal relations. Marks Supply serves Ontario contractors through HVAC, hydronics, PVF, and plumbing products.
Key Responsibilities:
Address safety, employee relations, and operational concerns
Coordinate workflow, asset utilization, and shift handovers
Oversee receiving, order accuracy, packaging, and shipment preparation
Resolve product location, equipment, and order inquiries
Support outbound assignments, training, safety walks, and reporting
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Two or more years in logistics or distribution
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
Ability to lift, bend, climb, and operate equipment
Bring warehouse leadership, safety knowledge, inventory management, and order fulfillment skills to Marks Supply’s Kitchener team.
