This Logistics Coordinator manages international shipments across air, sea, and land freight. The position requires knowledge of global supply chains, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments from origin through destination across freight modes
Prepare bills of lading, declarations, permits, and invoices
Liaise with partners, carriers, brokers, and clients
Track shipments and provide regular stakeholder updates
Resolve delays, damages, customs holds, and discrepancies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, supply chain, or related field
Minimum four years’ international freight or logistics coordination experience
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and trade regulations
Proficiency with freight management software and ERP systems
Fluent English and strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
