Cineplex Theatre Operations Manager

Lead Cineplex theatre operations in Winnipeg through guest service, team leadership, and consistent execution of venue standards. Manage multiple departments during high-volume business periods.
As a Theatre Manager, you will help provide exceptional guest experiences across Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail. You will maintain policies, procedures, inspections, and Company standards while supporting business performance. The position includes coaching management and planning succession.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain seamless operations across all venue departments
Ensure checklists, inspections, and Company standards remain current
Execute Groups and Events within the venue
Recruit, interview, train, and coach venue management
Manage budgets, grow revenue, and initiate business projects
Requirements:
Experience in a similar environment
Ability to lead teams across multiple departments
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Schedule flexibility for extended hours
Bring theatre operations, customer solutions, team development, and financial management skills to Cineplex in Winnipeg.
