Housing Support Team Lead Edmonton
The Mustard Seed
Lead housing support in Edmonton through case management and crisis intervention. Work onsite Wednesday to Sunday, from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The Mustard Seed seeks a Prairie Manor Team Lead supporting eighty-five permanent supportive housing clients. This full-time position provides case management, daily living skills assistance, community resource connections, and addiction and mental health support. The role operates within a harm reduction model and reports to the Housing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide case management services for Prairie Manor residents
Assist clients with daily living skills
Connect clients with Edmonton community resources
Support addiction and mental health needs
Complete day-to-day housing support tasks
Requirements:
Human Services degree or diploma and three years related experience
At least two years guiding and supporting others
One year working with people experiencing homelessness
Crisis intervention and de-escalation competency
Class 5 licence, vehicle, insurance, and driver’s abstract
Use leadership, communication, and case management skills to support sustainable housing and healthier lifestyles at Prairie Manor.
