Digital Media Investment Specialist

Digital media investment expertise meets detailed tracking at Omnicom Media, supporting bookings, contracts, and partnerships across Canadian channels. The role follows a hybrid office model.
The Media Investment Specialist supports media planning and buying activities across digital channels. You will coordinate vendor contracting, media bookings, investment reporting, and partnership tracking. The work provides visibility throughout each investment lifecycle while supporting agency teams, media partners, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Review media orders against approved plans and validate details
Coordinate vendor contracts, insertion orders, amendments, and documentation
Track modifications, cancellations, makegoods, and contractual requirements
Maintain booking, contract, commitment, and partnership records
Prepare investment reports and partnership review materials
Requirements:
Two to five years in media or agency environments
Understanding of Canadian media and digital ecosystems
Experience with Mediaocean Prisma and advanced Excel
Knowledge of direct, social, and programmatic transactions
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and detail skills
Apply media buying knowledge, advanced Excel, and investment tracking skills to support Omnicom Media partnerships and reporting.
