Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Maple Leaf Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to guide frontline employees within a manufacturing facility. You will coordinate production activities, maintain GMP and food safety standards, and address equipment or process issues. The position requires collaborative leadership across operations, maintenance, FSQA, health and safety, and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and coach floor staff
Enforce hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and BRCGS requirements
Complete production records, batch sheets, and shift reports
Coordinate teams to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
Three to five years of supervisory experience
Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
Strong English communication, leadership, and computer skills
Bring supervisory leadership, food safety knowledge, and production expertise to Maple Leaf Foods manufacturing operations in Saskatchewan.
