As Store Manager, you report to the District Manager and oversee the business performance of a Dynamite store. You lead an entrepreneurial, high-performing team while maintaining excellent standards and strengthening customer relationships. Success requires organization, prioritization, multitasking, decision making, and fashion knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize store profitability through business performance
Achieve and surpass sales and productivity targets
Drive operational efficiency and excellent store standards

Promote positive customer shopping experiences
Requirements:
Three to five years of management experience
Fashion clothing experience preferred or equivalent management experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Social media, mobile device, and Microsoft Office skills
Use operational leadership, sound decisions, and performance focus to strengthen sales, productivity, and profitability at Dynamite.
