Key Responsibilities:

Create and lead a collaborative team environment
Manage schedules and support operational excellence
Source Locum DVMs and RVTs when needed
Conduct onboarding, coaching, and annual reviews
Manage inventory, budgets, finances, and social media
Requirements:

Two to three years of supervisory experience
Human resources management experience
Financial or budget management experience
Strong communication and business acumen
Conflict resolution and change management skills
