TD Customer Service Banking Associate

Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful advice as a TD Customer Experience Associate in Lévis, Quebec, supporting customers in person.
At TD Canada Trust, you will provide frontline service within Personal & Commercial Banking. You will understand customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and help create positive experiences. The role requires customer service, transaction processing, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate, and effective communication abilities
Use customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking knowledge to support TD customers and their needs in Lévis.
