TD Customer Experience Associate

Serve TD customers in Mascouche as a Customer Experience Associate, processing financial transactions and recommending suitable banking solutions. This branch role offers 37.5 hours weekly.
At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers through accurate transactions, clear advice, and responsive service. You will understand customer needs, address concerns, promote banking solutions, and refer customers to appropriate partners. The role requires a high school diploma or one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions while completing business processes
Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements
Requirements:
High school diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent considered an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate communication with different people
Bring customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking solution knowledge to TD Canada Trust’s Mascouche branch.
