Restaurant Assistant Manager Operations

Lead restaurant operations onsite using budgeting, scheduling, staff supervision, and customer service skills in a hands-on management role.
This Assistant Manager position requires English, a qualifying college certificate or diploma, and one to less than two years of experience. You will coordinate daily restaurant activities, manage staff schedules, and support food-service administration. The work includes budgets, inventory, cash reporting, health and safety, and customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop food, ingredient, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supply budgets
Plan daily operations and evaluate restaurant performance
Schedule, supervise, and train restaurant staff
Organize inventory and complete cash reports
Address complaints and provide customer service
Requirements:

English language ability
College certificate or diploma from a qualifying program
One to less than two years of experience
Ability to work onsite under pressure
