Serve truck and equipment customers in Prince George as a temporary full-time Service Advisor using scheduling and estimating skills. Guide each service visit from check-in through follow-up.
Inland Truck & Equipment seeks a Service Advisor for its Prince George sales and service dealership. You will schedule appointments, prepare estimates, sell related services, and communicate throughout repairs. The position supports customer care, vehicle maintenance advice, and accurate service coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and answer service phone calls
Schedule appointments and complete service check-ins
Prepare estimates and secure customer approval
Communicate throughout service engagements and follow up
Advise customers on vehicle and equipment care
Requirements:
Three or more years related experience or training
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proactive problem-solving and logical thinking ability
Mechanical aptitude, organization, and strong computer skills
Ability to lift 25 kilograms occasionally
