Salon Color Education Specialist

Support Moroccanoil salon growth through color education, relationship management, and distributor collaboration, with required travel of 50-70% for business needs.
This Color Professional position serves the Education Team by delivering annual education strategies across core accounts and loyalty salons. You will facilitate demonstrations, hands-on learning, conversions, color correction, and special events. Collaboration with Sales, distributors, and regional managers supports consistent salon education and color business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with core loyalty salons
Facilitate ongoing salon education touchpoints and color training
Collaborate with Sales Teams and Distributor partners
Plan and coordinate color segments for distributor events
Analyze salon conversions for sales trends and goals
Requirements:
Professional salon industry knowledge and sales landscape understanding
Strong communication and effective collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Highly organized with ability to manage a robust calendar
Professional demeanor, patience, and confidence with reluctance
