Landmark Solutions Ltd. seeks a Civil Construction Estimator with at least three years of construction estimating experience. You will support bids, budgeting, and pre-construction planning across bridges, water infrastructure, marine works, earthworks, and related civil projects. Practical construction expertise is central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings, specifications, tenders, and addenda for estimating requirements
Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed project cost estimates
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, gaps, exclusions, and risks
Develop bid strategies, assumptions, contingencies, and clarifications
Prepare tender pricing and support estimate handover
Requirements:

Minimum three years of construction estimating experience
Knowledge of civil methods, sequencing, equipment, crews, and constructability
Estimating software competence; HeavyBid experience is an asset
Strong Microsoft Office, communication, and relationship-building skills
Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
