Accounts Payable Co-op Student Toronto

Build accounts payable experience with Lindt & Sprüngli in Toronto through a hybrid Winter 2027 placement using SAP and Basware.
This Accounts Payable Co-op supports the Lindt Canada Finance team from January through April 2027. You will match invoices, process indirect expenses, and reconcile vendor statements. The placement also involves foreign currencies, Excel analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with factories and planning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Match intercompany invoices with receipts in SAP
Match co-pack, labor, and packaging invoices in SAP
Process indirect expenses using Basware
Reconcile statements and address vendor inquiries
Collaborate with Accounts Payable and supply teams
Requirements:
Current finance or accounting co-op student
Or graduated within the previous six months
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Intermediate Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
Organization, detail, and analytical skills
