Inuktitut Curriculum Development Consultant

Develop Inuktitut curricula and teaching resources as an Education Consultant supporting kindergarten-to-Secondary 5 programs throughout Nunavik.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will support curriculum coordination, evaluation, research, and development. The work includes collaborating with external consultants and supporting education consultants. You will also help teachers use technological tools required for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Inuktitut curricula with external consultants
Create and update teaching and learning materials
Prepare assessment materials and teacher resources
Train teachers on required technological tools
Travel frequently throughout Nunavik
Requirements:
First level University Degree in relevant specialization
Three to five years of relevant experience
Fluency in Inuktitut
Working knowledge of French or English
Command of technological tools required for teaching
Apply curriculum development, teacher support, Inuktitut fluency, and technological expertise across Nunavik’s education programs.
