This four-month SAP Canada contract handles inbound customer and prospective-customer inquiries. You will use chat, phone, and email while researching SAP systems, qualifying leads, and routing requests. Strong customer support, business acumen, and software experience are sought.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound chats, phone calls, and emails
Identify inquiry types and gather lead qualification information
Enter leads into SAP CRM and marketing tools
Profile leads and route them to appropriate teams
Escalate potential issues promptly to management
Requirements:

Bilingual French writing and speaking ability
BBA, BComm, or BA degree minimum
Excellent customer support and communication skills
