Building Materials Delivery Helper

Support safe building materials deliveries in Langford as a customer-focused Delivery Helper working Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This Delivery Helper position assists with transporting materials safely and placing them on customer job sites. You will communicate with customers, coworkers, and trades while emphasizing safety, service, and efficiency. The work includes dispatch contact, truck preparation, and warehouse assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver building materials to customer-directed areas safely
Communicate professionally on customer job sites
Maintain dispatch contact and resolve arising issues
Verify load security and accuracy
Prepare trucks for reloading and assist warehouse staff
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean abstract an asset
Effective written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of basic mathematics
Basic hand tool skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Bring safe delivery, customer communication, and material-handling abilities to building-materials deliveries from Langford job sites.
