Night Registered Practical Nurse

Provide overnight resident care in North York as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse using medication management and electronic documentation.
This permanent part-time Registered Practical Nurse position works from 10pm to 6am with alternating weekends. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. The position also includes medication administration, care documentation, family communication, and staff support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate individualized resident care needs
Administer, record, and safeguard resident medications
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health documentation
Communicate with families about resident care and condition
Support nursing staff through training and education
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or better in Nursing or related field
Advanced electronic health documentation skills
Care delivered according to College of Nurses standards
Ability to work alternating weekends overnight
Supportive, dedicated, and collaborative approach
