As a Personal Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily activities and personal hygiene. Your care will address physical, social, and emotional needs safely. Work according to Yee Hong’s resident-centred approach, residents’ rights, government standards, mission, and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care during clients’ daily activities
Assist clients with personal hygiene needs
Support physical, social, and emotional needs safely
Follow resident-centred care practices and residents’ rights
Comply with relevant government standards and organizational philosophy
Requirements:

Graduate from an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course
Hold a current CPR Certificate
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Use initiative, problem-solving, and time management
Work permanent night shifts, including weekends and short shifts
Bring compassionate personal care, safety awareness, and resident-centred service to Yee Hong’s overnight senior care.
