Support clients on-site as an Insurance Advisor using claims monitoring and responsive customer service skills. This is permanent, full-time employment.
The Insurance Advisor provides information about group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits paid, and policy features. The work includes identifying potential markets, monitoring insurance claims, responding to client enquiries, and delivering customer service. House insurance and travel insurance experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential markets for insurance products
Monitor insurance claims and respond to client enquiries
Provide customer service at the physical location
Explain group and individual insurance packages
Describe risk coverage, benefits, and policy features
Requirements:

Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario licence
Experience with house insurance
Experience with travel insurance products
Bondable with a criminal record check
Client focus, judgement, and organized work habits
Use insurance knowledge, claims monitoring, and client service skills in this on-site Insurance Advisor position.
