Facilities Maintenance Supervisor GTA

Modernize residential Facilities operations in the GTA through preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and strong maintenance team leadership.
This Property Supervisor role supports a diverse residential portfolio for a well-established organization. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will strengthen preventative maintenance, standardize inventory and processes, and enhance operational reporting. You will also coordinate contractors and help develop people.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance staff across daily property operations
Coordinate contractors and determine when engagement is needed
Ensure building systems operate efficiently
Respond to operational issues and prioritize repairs
Standardize maintenance practices and inventory
Requirements:
Five or more years of professional building operations experience
Technical knowledge of HVAC, boilers, and chillers
Knowledge of BAS, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems
Previous experience leading maintenance teams
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Bring technical building knowledge and maintenance leadership to strengthen preventative care, contractor coordination, and Facilities performance.
