Distribution Centre Shift Supervisor
UFA
Direct shift-level performance across UFA’s distribution centre using warehouse leadership, KPI monitoring, and real-time resource decisions. Full-time shifts vary by operational requirements.
This Warehouse Supervisor position leads teams across receiving, picking, shipping, inventory movement, yard activities, and AWSA functions. You will maintain safe standard work while balancing service, productivity, quality, and operational targets. The role requires strong planning, communication, and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Own shift performance against safety, service, and productivity targets
Maintain control of warehouse floor activities and procedures
Identify hazards, monitor compliance, and intervene when required
Track KPIs, operational metrics, and workflow observations
Collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and Planning
Requirements:
Five years’ warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience
Proven team leadership in shift-based, safety-sensitive operations
Experience coaching employees and managing performance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to operate safely in warehouse and yard environments
Bring shift supervision, KPI-driven decisions, safety leadership, and distribution expertise to UFA’s warehouse operations.
