Farm Boy cooks combine fresh-food preparation with exceptional customer service while creating welcoming, high-quality experiences for shoppers every day.
As a Cook, you will prepare fresh offerings and connect with customers at the counter. You will support hot and cold bars, grill stations, service cases, and display counters. Quality, presentation, consistency, cleanliness, and accurate signage remain central to your work.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fresh hot and cold bar offerings
Cook products for grill stations and service cases
Welcome and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards
Package, stock, rotate, and merchandise displays
Complete opening, closing, housekeeping, and dishwashing duties
Requirements:

Passion for engaging and exceptional customer service
Post-secondary culinary arts education or equivalent experience
Up to one year of culinary or food-service experience
Strong communication, organizational, and cleanliness skills
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, standing, and heavy lifting
Bring culinary preparation, product knowledge, and customer service skills to Farm Boy’s fresh food experience.
