Cannabis Retail Store Manager

Lead cannabis and vape retail operations in Port Colborne with customer service, team development, compliance, and inventory management responsibilities.
True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vapes seek an experienced Store Manager for full-time, permanent employment. You will oversee daily operations, support employees, maintain regulatory standards, and deliver professional customer service. The position requires at least two years of retail supervisory or management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee opening, closing, cash handling, deposits, and operational reporting
Lead employees through coaching, training, feedback, and daily support
Handle customer concerns and support sales and engagement goals
Maintain inventory receiving, counts, reconciliation, and loss prevention
Ensure cannabis, vape, tobacco, identification, and storage compliance
Requirements:
Minimum two years of retail supervisory or management experience
Valid CannSell Certification for cannabis retail assignments
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
