High Rise Plumbing Foreman
Tap-Roots Group
Lead high-rise plumbing construction with Tap Roots Group as a Mechanical Foreman, using crew leadership and strong knowledge of plumbing systems.
This experienced foreman leads new construction work from groundwork and home layout through finishing, commissioning, and occupancy. You will coordinate Apprentices, Journeymen, and Lead Hands while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and schedules. The position supports multi-residential projects, including wood-frame buildings and concrete high-rise towers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead plumbing activities from project startup through completion
Assign daily work and coordinate productive crews
Review drawings and specifications to plan installations
Monitor quality, productivity, manpower, and jobsite performance
Coordinate inspections, deliveries, permits, and prefabrication
Requirements:
Red Seal Certified Plumber
At least three years leading construction crews
Experience supervising and mentoring Apprentices and Journeymen
Knowledge of plumbing systems, methods, and applicable codes
Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Bring plumbing expertise, organized leadership, and schedule ownership to Tap Roots Group's high-rise construction projects.
