Building Materials Inside Sales Representative

Use building-material knowledge and customer service skills as an Inside Sales Representative in Regina, supporting new and existing customers.
This Inside Sales Representative provides product knowledge on building materials to customers. The position includes phone inquiries, order management, project quotes, delivery orders, purchasing assistance, and customer follow-up. You will coordinate with Shipping and outside sales staff while learning new building and home improvement materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers entering the Regina facility
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and customer orders
Provide project quotes and enter delivery orders
Coordinate delivery schedules and instructions with Shipping
Build relationships through reliable customer callbacks
Requirements:

At least one year of Inside Sales experience
At least two years of administrative experience
Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
Building material knowledge is an asset
Excellent computer and English communication skills
Support Regina customers with product knowledge, project quotes, order coordination, and dependable building materials sales service.
