Industrial Maintenance Millwright Brookfield

Apply millwright expertise at ADI International’s Central Compost Facility in Brookfield, PE, maintaining conveyors, electric motors, and heavy equipment.
This permanent, full-time Industrial Maintenance Millwright supports manufacturing facility operations. The hands-on work includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, general repairs, equipment inspections, and production support. You will work with conveyor systems, electric motors, basic electrical components, and heavy equipment while communicating maintenance needs to the operations manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and equipment repairs
Troubleshoot conveyor tracking, tensioning, rollers, bearings, and drives
Inspect and assist with electric motor repairs or replacement
Respond safely to breakdowns and restore operations
Maintain organized work areas and follow safety procedures
Requirements:
Five years’ experience in equipment maintenance
Manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, or similar maintenance experience
Conveyor belt troubleshooting and mechanical systems experience
Working knowledge of electric motors and basic electrical systems
Ability to work safely at heights and confined spaces
Use diagnostics, problem-solving, and mechanical skills to maintain ADI International’s Brookfield manufacturing operations safely and reliably.
