As Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading teams toward top-quality food, memorable service, and guest satisfaction. The position includes staff coaching, financial management, scheduling, and supporting Scaddabush values. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in leading restaurant teams
Coach and support staff across daily operations
Deliver top-quality food and outstanding guest experiences
Manage financials to meet established goals

Requirements:
Two to three years of restaurant management experience
Experience in a similar high-volume restaurant environment
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Sales, inventory, cash, and analytical task experience
Scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification
