WebSphere Application Server Analyst

Support IBM WebSphere application hosting, deployment automation, and technical analysis as a Junior Middleware Specialist. The work serves shared hosting operations.
This position provides middleware administration and operational support for the Shared Utility Service team. You will help host and support more than 200 Java applications through application server maintenance, upgrades, testing, implementation, incident intake, and service request fulfillment. Technical work includes WebSphere, Liberty, NDM, monitoring tools, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support application hosting services and middleware technologies
Perform incident intake, basic triage, and ticket monitoring
Assign tickets to Tier 3 specialists when required
Complete standard client service requests and account administration
Provide operational reports and ticket resolution support
Requirements:
Two-plus years with IBM WebSphere, Liberty, or NDM
Two-plus years supporting application or web servers
Experience with middleware monitoring tools such as ITCAM
Experience with CI/CD concepts, Jenkins, Ansible, or deployment automation
Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders
Bring application server support, WebSphere administration, deployment automation, and clear technical communication to middleware operations.
