Field Service Representative Water Treatment

Support water treatment systems as an Ecolab Field Service Representative in Saguenay, using hands-on technical service and customer-focused problem solving.
This 12-month contract supports Nalco Water customers across primary metals, chemical manufacturing, and power generation. The Field Service Representative works independently across a 300-kilometre territory, delivering disinfection, equipment, and technical support. The role requires strong French, professional English, and safe field practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Service cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection systems
Execute disinfection procedures within maintenance programs
Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment
Complete chemistry tests, reports, and inventory records
Resolve customer pain points and escalate complex challenges
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years in water treatment or industrial mechanics
Strong French and professional English language skills
Valid unrestricted driver’s license
Ability to travel to the United States
Apply water treatment, mechanical, and customer service skills while supporting Ecolab customers throughout the Saguenay territory.
