Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sushi, rolls, sashimi, and related items
Prepare rice, fish, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes
Maintain consistent portions, presentation, and product quality
Follow procedures for raw fish handling and storage
Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean
Requirements:
Three to five years of Sushi Chef experience
Strong knife skills and sushi preparation knowledge
