At Aspire Lifestyles, this Recruiter partners with business leaders and hiring managers across contact center, corporate, and support roles. The position builds sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and strong candidate experiences. It also supports workforce planning, recruitment technology, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, references, and onboarding support
Develop recruitment plans and define position requirements
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct structured, behavioural, competency-based, and virtual interviews
Analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Requirements:
Two to five years of experience, including two recruitment years
Full-cycle recruitment experience in corporate or agency environments
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management platforms
Proficiency with AI recruiting technologies and talent intelligence platforms
Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance requirements
