Executive Chef Restaurant Operations

Lead restaurant kitchens through menu planning, food quality, and staff supervision in an on-site Executive Chef position. Apply English communication and culinary leadership daily.
This Executive Chef position requires five years or more of experience and a bachelor's degree. You will direct food preparation across several restaurants, develop recipes, and maintain operating records. Mexican and Spanish cuisine specialties are part of the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan food preparation and cooking activities across several restaurants
Create recipes and plan menus meeting quality standards
Supervise 16 to 20 kitchen workers and specialist chefs
Prepare specialty foods for banquets and functions
Recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Five years or more of experience
English language ability
Mexican and Spanish cuisine specialization
Leadership, organization, and dependable communication skills
