This Branch Supervisor supports day-to-day operations while connecting branch leadership, employees, and customers. Requirements:

Five to seven years in branch, retail, or distribution operations
At least three years managing with full P&L accountability
Experience supporting customer service and employee performance
Financial management, budgeting, and fiscal accountability capability
