CMHC Housing Account Representative
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement(SCHL)
Support CMHC housing programs as an Account Representative using client service, financial administration, and bilingual communication in a hybrid workplace. Manage accounts across Canada.
This temporary, 13-month position serves internal and external industry clients. You will administer advances and disbursements, support lending activities, mitigate risks, and help achieve corporate objectives. The work requires accurate documentation, sound judgment, and effective written and oral communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied portfolio of internal and external client accounts
Address client needs and inquiries through the group mailbox
Prepare purchase orders and progress advances
Protect CMHC security interest registrations
Maintain documentation, accuracy, and data quality
Requirements:
College diploma or undergraduate degree in business, finance, or commerce
At least one year of finance or customer service experience
Excellent organization and prioritization in multi-demand environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bilingual English and French language capability
