This clinical position supports Shared Health’s patient-centered health services across Manitoba. Candidates must graduate from an approved psychiatric nursing or nursing program and maintain active Manitoba registration. Critical thinking, communication, delegation, and prioritization are essential for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care related to the clinical area
Prioritize care for individual or groups of patients
Delegate care appropriately and monitor outcomes
Respond to simultaneous demands and changing situations
Perform independently and within the healthcare team
Requirements:
Recent related mental health experience as an RPN or RN
Approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing or Registered Nursing program graduate
Active CRPNM or CRNM registration with proof provided
CPR training meeting Employer policy requirements
Current required criminal and abuse registry checks
Bring mental health nursing knowledge, sound judgment, and adaptable patient care skills to Shared Health’s Winnipeg clinical services.
