Hospital Patient Dining Services Lead

Coordinate patient dining needs through accurate diet-order follow-through, menu guidance, and clear communication across hospital care teams.
This Patient Services Supervisor supports Food and Nutrition Services in hospital and long-term care settings. You will act as a liaison among patients, family members, nursing services, and department teams. The work includes understanding therapeutic diets, assisting clinical staff, and ensuring ordered nutrition care reaches patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and follow through on patient diet orders
Obtain food preferences and dislikes from patients
Provide appropriate menu selections for therapeutic diets
Assist clinical staff with basic nutrition care needs
Deliver patient nourishments and snacks as ordered
Requirements:

Required experience as a Patient Services Supervisor
Leadership skills supporting Patient Services Workers
Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Bilingual abilities preferred but not required
Use patient-focused coordination, diet-order knowledge, and communication skills to support nutrition services across care settings.
