Photo Video Asset Coordinator

Coordinate photo and video assets in North Vancouver, supporting requests, distribution, and preservation through organized hybrid workflows.
As a Digital Asset Specialist, you will work on contract until the end of 2027. The position supports creative, production, and post-production professionals with accessible media and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include asset requests, proxy preparation, high-resolution files, usage rights, licensing, and archival requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare proxy, high-resolution, and delivery-ready files
Coordinate asset requests for organizational teams
Maintain digital asset libraries and consistent metadata tagging
Ensure media remains accessible and delivered efficiently
Collaborate with creative, technical, and operational partners
Requirements:
Three or more years managing creative content repositories
Experience with production and post-production workflows
Knowledge of metadata standards and digital archives
Familiarity with Bridge, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder
Ability to manage competing priorities independently
