Executive Chef Catering Operations

As Executive Chef, you will manage catering food execution and client satisfaction with service and menu options. You will apply current food trends while following Healthy Eating Guidelines. The position requires oversight of kitchen stations, cleanliness, safety programs, inspections, and staff WHMIS training.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure flawless execution of catering food service
Develop positive client relationships and satisfaction
Create trend-focused menus following Healthy Eating Guidelines
Oversee staff stations and kitchen cleanliness
Coordinate inspections and promptly report workplace incidents
Requirements:
Minimum five years of Chef experience
Strong catering background and three years leadership experience
Experience managing high-volume catering projects
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bring catering leadership, menu creativity, client service, and safety knowledge to Compass Executive Chef operations across Canada.
